The Retreat Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings for The Retreat hosted by Feng Shui Concepts Pty Ltd

These Terms & Conditions are designed to be clear and fair. If you have any questions before booking, please reach out to Jane directly at jane@fengshuiconcepts.com.au.

Retreat Investment & Payment Terms

The investment for The Retreat is $1,800 per person, including GST.
Early Bird pricing of $1,500 per person applies to bookings made by 14 September 2026.
Places are limited to maintain an intimate and connected experience.
Your booking is confirmed once either a non-refundable deposit of $500 or full payment has been received.
Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance is due no later than 20 October 2026.
For bookings made after 20 October 2026, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Due to venue commitments, planning costs and limited places, the $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after 20 October 2026, refunds cannot be guaranteed. However, where possible and at the discretion of Feng Shui Concepts, amounts paid may be transferred to a future retreat or service, or refunded if your place can be filled.
You may transfer your place to another person with prior written approval from Feng Shui Concepts.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, illness, travel disruptions or unused portions of the retreat.

Accommodation & Travel

Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation, travel, alcoholic beverages and personal expenses.
Guests wishing to stay at Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa may book directly using the retreat accommodation link provided by Feng Shui Concepts, subject to availability.
Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness or travel disruption.
Feng Shui Concepts is not responsible for hotel policies, accommodation availability or travel disruptions.

Retreat Changes

Feng Shui Concepts reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, inclusions, speakers, facilitators, activities or venue arrangements if required.
In the unlikely event that The Retreat is cancelled entirely by Feng Shui Concepts, participants will receive a full refund. In the event of postponement, participants will be offered a credit or transfer to the rescheduled date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable, a full refund will be provided.

Health & Personal Responsibility

The Retreat is intended for wellbeing, education and personal development purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, financial or professional advice.
Guests participate in retreat activities at their own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for advising Feng Shui Concepts of any dietary requirements, injuries or health concerns prior to attending.

Photography & Media

Photos and video content may be captured during The Retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed, please notify info@fengshuiconcepts.com.au at least 7 days prior to the retreat.

Behaviour

Feng Shui Concepts reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or negatively impacts the retreat experience for others.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feng Shui Concepts and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense or personal inconvenience arising from participation in The Retreat.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, travel insurance and personal insurance if desired.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptance

By submitting payment for The Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
