The Retreat Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings for The Retreat hosted by Feng Shui Concepts

The investment for The Retreat is $1,800 per person, including GST.
Places are limited to maintain an intimate and connected experience and are subject to approval by Feng Shui Concepts.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance is payable in two instalments:
$650 due by 30 June 2026
$650 due by 1 August 2026
By paying the deposit, you agree to complete all remaining scheduled payments.
If a payment is not received by the due date, Feng Shui Concepts reserves the right to release your place and retain any monies already paid.
Payment plans are not transferable to other services unless agreed in writing.

The $500 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Due to venue commitments, planning costs and limited places, all payments made are non-refundable from 1 August 2026.
If you cancel prior to 1 August 2026, any amounts paid beyond the deposit may be transferred to a future retreat or service at the discretion of Feng Shui Concepts.
You may transfer your place to another person with prior written approval from Feng Shui Concepts.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures, change of mind, illness, travel disruptions or unused portions of the retreat.

Guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation, travel, alcoholic beverages and personal expenses.
Guests wishing to stay at Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa may contact the hotel directly and quote “Jane Langof Retreat” when making their reservation to access the retreat accommodation rate, subject to availability.
Feng Shui Concepts is not responsible for hotel policies, accommodation availability or travel disruptions.

Feng Shui Concepts reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule, inclusions, speakers, activities or venue arrangements if required.
In the unlikely event that The Retreat is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, venue issues or government restrictions, participants will be offered a credit or transfer to a future retreat or rescheduled event. Refunds are not guaranteed.

The Retreat is intended for wellbeing, education and personal development purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, financial or professional advice.
Guests participate in retreat activities at their own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for advising Feng Shui Concepts of any dietary requirements, injuries or health concerns prior to attending.

Photos and video content may be captured during The Retreat for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of imagery or footage that may include you unless you advise otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Feng Shui Concepts reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or negatively impacts the retreat experience for others.
No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feng Shui Concepts and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense or personal inconvenience arising from participation in The Retreat.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, travel insurance and personal insurance if desired.

By submitting payment for The Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
