Chinese Property Investors more active in Australia

Changes to foreign ownership rules by Australia's Foreign Review Board (FIRB) is resulting in greater activity by Chinese Property Investors.  Raine & Horne has reportedly experienced a 15% increase in Chinese interest since January 2009.  More property developers are using Feng Shui consultants to provide planning and design advice for their property developments.
